how do i get my bissell steam cleaner to work?

can not get cleaner to dispense water bissell power steamer up right deep cleaner

oops... In the handle there is a metal water box. This water box gets badly corroded at the in and out water line nipples. I would just put a splicer to join the in and out lines and bypass the hot water box. This will disable the heated water function aspect of the cleaner. However using real hot water to start with in the clean water tank, your carpet will still look great without the onboard water heater.
