lights?

You don't say the make or model,you must know what you are looking for because you say it is blocked!on most new cars you go in from the wheel arch and need arms like an octopus,a garage will charge you £20.00.They build them so you can't fix them yourself or they would be out of work,but you can do it,garage mechanics do.

on most new cars it seems a bit hard to remove bulbs,

if you look at theback of the lights you should see small rubber covers or somthing like this, remove, should just clip off, you should see the back of the bulbs and their connectors, switch lights on and note dead bulb, switch lights off and remove said bulb, the bulb itself should have a spring/clip holding in place,

just replace bulb/spring an covers
