Mend Diplomat ADP8332 Fills Water

how can i fix my diplomat ADP8332 ?

When the cycle strarts it fills with water, then nothing.
I have cleaned filters ect.
there is no fault code showing and I can hear a noise coming from the ciculation pump/motor (a ticking noise, as if it is trying to pump).

can anyone help?
