Mend Intellisense ST 802 Power Cut Alarm Lights

Intellisense ST 802 - won't reset after power cut?

The above burglar alarm will not reset after a power cut. All the lights are on and pressing any buttons does nothing. Any ideas?

Had same problem with Intellisense SECURIT 800L and followed your instructions, disconnecting mains first and thankfully everything back to normal. Thank you to bjb.

Take off the front, tape down the tamper switch spring to stop the noise, disconnect the battery and turn off at the mains, reconnect battery and this will be reset the panel we have have 6 power cuts and i have had to do this every time so have now fitted a switch to the battery lead this work as well.
