in the front of the machine there is a door. Open the door, be prepared with towels, it's probably full of water, unscrew the cap and remove the debris. Your machine should then drain properly. I've had this happen to my washing machine. It's an easy fix.

dE = Drain error. Machine not draining the water out at all or very slowly.
