indeset washing machine?

the hot water does not enter the machine it just now does a cold wash but drains spins empties on all settings suggestions why do you think this problem has occured? the machine is about 14years old therefore as this model has hot and cold water coming into the machine could it be the hot water valve or perhaps the programme selector which will not accept hot water into the machine there is no blockage in hose either and no problem with my hot water system. indesit model numberWN1060WG1 I await a reply thank you.
