Peugeot 207 1.6 HDI?

I have a peugeot 207 1.6 HDI and its air bag and engine management light need switching off - Does anyone know how to do this? Any responses would be great, would save me a fortune!!

windscreen wipers work front and back but no water/anti freeze comes out. herad it could be a fuse could you tell me how i know the fuse has burnt out and also which fuse it would be? and how much is a replacment fuse going to cost? thank you for your help
