Check that the black/red wire by battery is connected o.k. It will not be keys as they dont affect dash lights at all. would like more info on fault!!!

Ford's have keys that are coded to the car, so if you changed the battery you may have lost the code on your keys. The owners manual describes how you can reset your keys, but you may need a trip to the dealers to get it fixed.
