How can I fix my Hotpoint VTD00P Tumble Dryer?

The Dryer drum is not turning therefore it appears to be a belt or motor problem. How do I strip the Tumble Dryer down to investigate further?

just remove lid and u will see belt around drum if not the it broke or if there pull it upwards to see if it still attached
