Mend Belling IDW 603 Help Stopped

Strange display codes on Belling IDW 603?

Hoping someone can help.

My dishwasher has stopped working and it looks like only half the digital numbers appear.

When you switcvh on, it shows the left and the bottm part of the 00 number. Other buttons held display half of what looks like the 33 number.

Any ideas?
