I'm moving into my house at the end of next week but the pilot light still needs reigniting on the boiler, as nobody has been in the house since August. It's all only 11 years old from new, so it's not an ancient system.
It's a Powermax 135 boiler.
The water in the house is running fine, but I need to get the house warm and the water hot.
Can anyone here help me? Apparently it's not too complicated to ignite the pilot light on a boiler and I should try myself before being possibly charged an awful lot of money for something which is probably quite straightforward. I think it's good to try to do something like this yourself if you can get some advice.
