Mend Peugeot 206 Left Indicator

Peugeot 206 faulty left indicator?

My left indicator seems to be turning on ramdomly even when the stalk it positioned off - eg. if i indicate right and then knock it off, the left automatically comes on. is this a hard job to mend or who should i even bring it to?

i just had a customers car with the same problem, i changed the wrap around stalk and job is a good1. i paid £30 from ebay... hop this helps

Sounds as if you need a new COMM 2000 (what looks like the combined indicator switch). Will set you back a couple of hundred pounds. Get your Peugeot garage (or independent Peugeot specialist) to take a look at it.
