Same here mate, been doing a bit of research into it and chances are 1. Bad PSU (Bad capacitor stopping the TV from continuing normally). 2. Xenius from Buy As You View are cheaply made so 1. is even more likely. Had mine for about 10 months and tonight just will not turn on at all. II'm having a repair specialist look at it asap. I'm also going to speak to BAYV themselves and see if they would replace it. Seems the only options really.
