i want to turn my optima off completely help ?

we have had this alarm for about 5 to 6 years and for the last 3 years the alarm has just been stuck on tamper ive tried to resolve this ive check the bell box sensors and i think the panel has just packed in completley so i would like to turn it off completely could anyone advise me on this please
