Mend Kenmore Ulta II Dishwasher Leaking Repair

My Kenmore Ulta II fills up and takes a very long time when its time to drain then leaks underneath the dishwasher. No I'm nervous to use don't want to ruin my floor so I have poured vinegar into dishewasher. Need help. Thanks
