Mend Hygena 8224/3 Top Bottom Water

hygena 8224/3 what part do i need?

my dishwasher goes through the cycle but doesn't really clean the top tray. bottom tray is ok but there does'nt seem like enough water pressure coming out the cleaning arms. the top one bearly moves round at all.
