How can I turn on my Isar HE30 Bolier?

I've got the same problem. I've opened the valves on the silver hose and the pressure has moved up to between 1 & 1.5. I've shut the valves off and turned the boiler back on. It starts to work for about 20 seconds then turns back off. Any help would be appreciated.

there will b a filling loop under the boile which is connected between 2pipes, open the valves on both ends off the silver hose until the pressure reads between 1 & 1.5 on the gauge underside left of boier then shut them off,now turn the boiler on/off at the fused spur,all should be okay.
