Mend Peugeot 306 Pulley Diesel Belt

peugeot 306 pulley wheel noise?

on my peugeot 2L diesel i have a loud noise i think coming from the bottom pulley wheel where my fan belt is any ideas how to stop or mend this

common fault with hdi RHY[DW10TD] type engine,
rubber inside pulley collects road grit and oils breaks bonding on metal surfaces in side pulleys, if left to long they fly apart
and can damage cam belt /water pump /anything that get in its way
replace as soon as possible ,
had 9 now over 13 yrs on my old pug 306 glx hdi
got changing them down fine art,

yes it is the pully had the same fault on a xantia diesel the pully is made in sections and comes apart inside only cure is replacement and they cost about 80 quid from G S F common fault on the h d i engines
