Mend Indesit WIL153

Indesit WIL153 LEDs 3+4 & IO flashing continuously?

My m/c switches itself on after about 10s, cold fills and pumps out with the lights flashing. It can only be stopped by switching off at the plug/socket. What error/fault do the LEDs indicate? . . . The thermistor checks out OK (30kohm).
