my washer/dryer is not emptying the water what can i do ?

the pump could be jammed with hair clips , a coin ect, or it could just be gone. take the machine out were you can see the gray hose , that the water comes out off , put the hose lying down to floor level. into a double bin liner, not to spill any , , you can empty the machine this way, be carefull takeing the machine out. , see if you can hear the pump comming on , just before the spinn mode, you might need to get somebody to check the pump out
