Engine Whining?

Hi, I have a 53 plate Renault Trafic, when I accelerate away I get a whining noise from the engine, also present when accelerating on m/way. I have a turbo fitted but this prior to rev counter hitting 3000 rpm. Any ideas anyone, is it possibly the fan belt ???

Renault Trafic Whining Noise - Help!
