Mend Hoover DS 732 Dishwasher Wash Cycle Fault

Hoover dishwasher DS 732 wont follow wash cycles on some programmes?

My Hoover dishwasher DS 732 wont finish its wash cycle when set on programme 2 or 3, the machine will start but the programme dial does not progress.
However it will finish on all the other settings.
Can anyone id the fault with this machine?
