Mend Swan Fridgefreezer Fridge Cooling Appliance

The fridge on my swan fridgefreezer not cool enough?

My swan fridgefreezer fridge seems to not be cooling. the freezer suddenly froze over, defrosted all of that and that works again, but the fridge isnt keeping things cool enough and my food is going off? any ideas anyone that wont cost the earth??
