Mend Vauxhall Coming Car Vectra

why is there no heating coming through the main inside vents in my vauxhall?

when i run my car vauxhall vectra estate 2 litre 16valve cd there is sometimes a little heat but then it goes cold ive had this checked a couple of times now and the fault keeps occuring?
