How can I replace the numbers/letters on a football jersey?

I have a nfl football jersery, but after only a year, the numbers and part of the name are coming off. Where can I find replacement numbers and letters?

Sometimes you can find these things at WalMart, but I would just skip them and go straight to Michael's craft store. Then just iron them back on over the originals, but make sure you get as much of the loose original lettering off as you can first (though the ironing will help reheat them to the fabric, so you dont have to go crazy).
