1996 IVECO Daily 35-10 start problem when engine is cold?

Hi,
I have a starting problem only when engine is cold. If I spray quick start or push start then it fires up. One day or few hours after when engine is cold the problem is same and again need spray quick or push start with new or charged bettery. I have checked the fuel, battery and starter connections but the problem is still there. Can any one help me?
