Mend Very Noisy Boiler Not Hot

Very noisy boiler, neighbours complain.Got hot water.Radiators not so hot?

Hi,

how do you fix a very noisy boiler.The neighbours in the adjacent flat have complained about it.There is hot water.But the radiators are not so hot.The gas safe engineer on phone mentioned it sounds like the problem is coming from the combustion chamber. I would like to be knowledgeable about this when he comes to check it, so that i don't get charged a fortune.Thanks.

might have air in system-have u checked?what make/model boiler u have?is there a pressure gauge u can provide reading

If your not too sure get another 2 or 3 engineers to diagnose and quote. If they all say the same thing or the majority do then go with who makes you feel comfortable with out charging the earth, Its not broken so you've got time to choose
