central locking?

my central locking froze on the car i tried to open it but think wires snapped inside i also tried passenger side but think thats gone to. is there anyway to get into my car?

Some how doubt that any wire has broken . I would think that the locks have frozen. Try pouring hot but not boiling water over the door around the door handle and lock area.
Might also be that the battery in the remote has gone flat or low on power due to cold weather. Try another remote or replace battery.
