Mend Hotpoint LFT321 Dishwasher Repair Not Filling

How can i fix my Hotpoint LFT321 Dishwasher?

My Hotpoint dishwasher has stopped working, will not fill or anything. When machine is switched on, it continually bleeps. I have cleaned filters and re-filled salt dispenser.

Can anyone help?
