my boiler 'reset' button is flashing along with the blue fault button which is flashing intermittently, Ive tried resetting and turning on and off, even my plumber is at at loss at what to do....anyone help no heating or water !!!

Read operating manual for timer as it may have a procedure for the time/order of how the batteries are to be removed/replaced and keeping programme info in memory preventing loss of info and reset of receiver on boiler
