how to fix my greenmaster DC motor?

It is cheaper to buy another motor than getting it rewound, assuming you can locate one, rewinding costs about £150, and it is still old, with a short guarantee. At least a new motor you know it will last a year or two. Suggest you buy another treadmill off ebay, that will be even cheaper.

.Hi Mark! I have a problem with my Reebok T1 also. It starts off fine but after about 10 mins it starts slowing down and theres a weird sound from the motor. I have had a nightmare trying to get someone to look at it. I am living in Wexford, Southern Ireland. Ifinally got through to Reeboks technical team in England. The guy I spoke to was very helpful. The number is 01908793020. Go through to the technical team. He will arrange someone to call to you. Healso told me if you have proof of purchase the motor is covered for 10 yrs. I must post my receipt to them and they will organise a call out for me so fingers crossed! I hope you get sorted soon!

Not so much an answer....

I have exactly the same problem. Reebok Fusion Treadmill by any chance?

I have seen a lot of similar complaints on various web forums.

People are recommending that you look to get the motor repaired (as technically it is just another motor and a mechanic should be able to fix it).

They do call outs, repairs, spare parts and are licensed agents for Reebok Fitness. They should be able to help you out.

No good for me though as I'm in Northern Ireland and they are mainland UK only.
