Mend Optima Compact Working Day Work

my key pad on my optima compact is not working do i need a new one or does ?

i went to turn it off one day and the numbers would not work except the ones i needed so do i need a new one or can i reset it some how

open the panel and check were the keypad plugs in it is plugged in properly if it is then yes you will need to replace just the keypad but unfortunantly no idea where i can reccomend you to
