proview MA-982KC?

the problem is the fact that i have seen the other thread and as a result i have fixed my monitor. The problem is that the two 470 25v capacitors which budlged, were replaced, but the capacitors immediatley poped at the top everytime i power up my monitor. There seems to be a problem specially in these 2 places where the capacitors have gone. Anyone have any idea how can fix it?
