ignis akl 887 electric oven not working?

oven not working contol panel stuck on time it broke(i assume) wont reset.what does the control panel do,

Ignis Ignis AKL 887 Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Electric Oven Working

I had the same problem with mine.
Open the front panel and the cover on the top of the electrics.
This will give you access to the control panel PCB.
Take the control panel out and clean the contacts under the rubber button bits.
Put it back together and it should work fine, did for me anyway.
