I did notice that it seemed an easy task to fit the Zanussi
grill element 5038 to my ZCE641X oven ie, disconnect electrics to oven, remove shelves, undo 2 fixing plate scews from the top underside of the oven,undo 2 scew fixing for the back plate ( if it is screwed), pull out the element from the connections. Fit new element in reverse order.
the grill element might be mounted from the back so you have to remove the back panel to get access to mountings and wiring.make note or take photo of wiring beore disconnecting.the rest is more or less as you have said.
