Mend Worcester 15/19 Heatslave Heating Pressure Lockout

how do you increase worcester 15/19 heatslave presssure?

I have a 15/19 heatslave not sure of age as only moved into property month ago. Lock out on this morning. Can see the pressure is too low but cannot find means of adding water. Is it a sealed system, do I need an engineer?

Worcester Worcester 15/19 Heatslave Heating, Home Heating Systems Heating Pressure Lockout

One the left side towards the top there should be two pipes coming out here there should be a tap on the top one. Thats the water inlet tap.
