Robinson willey salisbury r.s?

My robinson willey salisbury r.s. fire has failed to light i have changed the Thermocouple, and serviced the fire, still no joy, my igniter flame works but will not light the fire. Any Idea please.

ON MINE THE ceramic tube on the ignition electrode was broken so no spark came out the end, it just grounded through the frame of the fire
