Orange engine light on?

I took my car for full service at Kiki fit ,they failed to tell me that they had not changed spark plugs.I called them back to finish the job properly they said they had to order the part to remove then which they said they did.Now since they did car it became very chuggy and also orange engine light is one.please throw some light on this for me
