Mend CHI Rocket Low EMF Stopped Working

How do I request service on CHI Rocket blowdryer?

I have CHI Rocket Low EMF blowdryer that has stopped working. It is three years old so it is out of warranty. Is there any way to send it back to the factory to be repaired?
