How can I change the thermostat on a Zanussi 7701?

has it got 2 plastic 'L' shaped end caps on the ends of the control panel?.if so prise them off with a screw driver and then remove the 2 inner screws on both ends.drop grill door down and up underneath is 3 screws.remove these.pull the whole control panel off the cooker carefully.pull all the control knobs off and then undo the screws that hold the switch mounting frame to the control panel.this gives you access to the 2 screws that hold the thermostat on
