Mend Firebird 90 Popular Heating System

I have a firebird 90 popular?

I have a firebird 90 popular I ran out of oil, I've had the tank filled but when I blead it it's not firing up I've blead it serval times but now it's making a strange sound (a kind of buzzing sound) when I try to fire the heating up!! Can anyone help?

I have a popular 90 with a not disimiar problem, but i have oil !
The bruner runs sending out is motor sound a sends a ignition flame to teh boiler, constantly attempts to fire up but doesn't catch to get the boiler going.
Any suggestions ?
