Mend AEG 40600 Favorit Dishwasher Stops

my aeg oko favorit dishwasher 40600 stops at the drying cycle-there is a flashing light. the dishes are quite clean but not competely dry especially the top rack (glasses and cups).Also the detergent compartment doesn't open.
