Mend AEG 8081 Alarm Dishwasher Water

How can I stop the Aqua-Alarm on my AEG Favorit 8081 Dishwasher?

How can I reset my dishwaster so the Aqua-Alarm stops? Also what is causing the C3 error problem and how can I prevent it happening again? The instructions say to turn off the water and pull out the electricity plug and ring the Customer Service Department. I have done what they say but the alarm continues.
