how hard is it to change a circuit board on extractor fan?

the circuit board on my fan has a small burn on it , its where the control switch is . how hard is it to change ?

If the track has blown you can bridge it with solder and fuse wire.if the appliance had an over rated fuse fitted it blows the track instead of the fuse as the track will only carry around 5 amps
