Mend Baxi Unica HE Heating Temperature Control

Unica HE boiler - hot water temp?

the hot water flow through the boiler is only warm to hot. The green led shows 31 - 36 when the bath is run etc.The hot water control is set at full.

the boilers is nearly 2 years old. Not what I would say a great flow of water when the taps are on full. Turned it down and water heated up.

make sure that the flow rate is not too high. does the temperature go up when you slow the tap down? how old is the boiler?
