I have a zanussi fridge freezer.( frost free ) The fridge and freezer work fine, my problem is that ice builds up at the bottom of the freezer making the drawer hard to pull in and out. It seems when looking at the ice build up that water runs down the back from somewhere and freezes. Hacking out the ice at the moment seems to be my only option. help
Whhops it's come back. I removed the drip funnel and cleaned it, I can not get to anything else above that as the back of the fridgefreezer is sorta welded on making access imposible. I did turn it off for 24 hours.
Can you give me any more advice?

turn off appliance for 24 hrs.pull the appiance out and on top of the compressor is a drip tray.going in to the drip tray is a tube or a grey rubber spout.remove the bit on the end of the tube and blow down it or if its grey rubber spout pull it off CAREFULLY and make sure its clean and squeezes open and shut.refit and test.water must come out here on auto defrost otherwise it backs up and comes inside the base of the freezer
