Mend Laminate Worktop Kitchen

how can i fix my laminate worktop?

My recently fitted laminate kitchen worktop has a 'butt and scribe' join where it is at a right angle. Water has got in to the join (badly sealed) and lifted it slightly. Is there any way of flattening again and re-sealing???
