Mend Nippon JM-1468 Key Display Problem

i have nippon colour tv mn# jm-1468?

I just recently bought the television probably 9 days ago. one day, my daughter opened the tv and a figure of a red key on the bottom part appeared. i tried to press any key to remove the key sign but nothing happened.
