how can ifix head gasket vito van?

the head gasket has gone on my mercedes vito 108 D CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE THE CAM TIMING MARKS ARE AND TORQU SETINGS ARE.

Take it to a main dealer and it will cost the same as a new engine £5000 or go to some back street machanic and chance it for around £2000+. They are very difficult to sort out if the head gasket has gone and merc are really the best guys for the job. Or make me an offer on my 3.5 year old 112 van with cat d o/s loading door damage. The engine has done 45.000 miles supplied and fitted by Pentegon Mecedes.

take it to a dealer, they are very complicated! Timing ov cams iz via a locking pin on cam sprocket and crank iz the OT mark on pully.Get a pocket mechanics repair manual, all info inside. best ov luck mate youl need it!!!!!!
