How do i set the timimg and pump belt on my vw lt35 van. TDI. 5 cyl. 1997 ?

Hi everyone
How do i set the timimg and Fuel pump belt on my vw lt 35 van. TDI. 5 cyl. 1997. The Bottom pully failed and knocked the timing out. This in turn damaged the head and valves.. All fixed now and ready for a rebuild!
Can any one help?????? Also where can i get a workshop manual too??????
